How To Order Expedited Filing Services

Follow the order instructions below

provides daily California Business Filing Services to the 
California Secretary of State

  • Routine Business Filing Services – $200 + SOS Fees.
    Your documents will be delivered by hand to the Sacramento Secretary of State’s office within 3 business days. The Secretary of State will mail you your business filing documents.

  • Expedited Business Filing Services – $275 + SOS Fees. Your documents will be delivered by hand to the Sacramento Secretary of State’s office on an expedited basIs, usually the same day if documents and payment are received no later than 1pm PST.  Payments and documents received after that time, will be filed the next business day.  Your filed documents will be picked up from the Secretary of State’s office the next business day after being filed. Our office will email you a copy of your filed documents and mail you the original filed document, if desired.

  1. Email your prepared Articles of Organization and instructions to filings@mooreparkenterprises.com or fax to (916) 594-7957.  Instructions should include type of service: Routine Business Filing Services,  Expedited Business Filing Services.
  2. We will email you an invoice for payment which will include the fees payable to the State of California Secretary of State and our fee for filing your documents.
  3. Pay the online invoice for filing your documents.
  4. We will write checks payable for the fees to the Secretary of State.
  5. We will submit your documents in person in Sacramento.
  6. We will pick up a certified copy of your filed documents after the Secretary of State finished processing it.  If the Secretary of State rejects your filing, their expedite fee and our service delivery fee are not refundable.  Standard fees will be refunded to you within 24 hours.
  7. We will email you a copy of the filed document and also mail your the original, if you desire.
